Group Discounts Baker's Dozen plan: Church groups of 12 plus a pastor may register for $599.00. Additional participants may register at the discounted rate of $49.00 per person. All fees due 9/19/08. All participant information due 10/1/08. Other groups: Register 5 or more individuals at the discounted rate of $55.00 per person, before 9/19/08.

Cancellations after 9/19/08 are not refundable. Substitutions are permitted.
