Set up a display in the middle of the Heron Point Convention Center, just
steps away from the children’s ministry seminars with Sue Miller, the
youth ministry seminars with Phil Jackson, and the adult small group
leaders seminars with Carl George.
All exhibitors receive:

Exhibitor’s brochure distributed to all Institute participants

Conference Center (until July 31, 2008)
Exhibitor Guidelines

Spaces will be assigned by GCSSA on a first-come basis as they are
received. Exhibit spaces will be provided in the east hall of the Heron
Point Conference Center right outside of the conference rooms.

Exhibitors may begin setting up their display at 1:00 pm Friday, October
3, 2008, the day prior to the Institute. Exhibitors may finish setting up
between 7:00 and 8:00 am on Saturday, October 4, 2008. All displays must
be set up by 8:00 am on October 4. Displays may be taken down after final
break, at 3:00 pm.

Books and other materials may be sold providing they are in harmony with
the principles and objectives of GCSSA, the sponsoring organization of the
Fall Institute.

Exhibitors making reservations by July 31, 2008 will receive one free
hotel night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel, adjacent to the Heron
Point Conference Center. Additional hotel nights may be reserved directly
with the hotel at the conference rate of $79.00 per room per night.
