Group-pack discount registrations may be purchased with or without the names of individual participants and any pre-convention seminars. Names and any seminar choices must be submitted by 3/6/09. Individual registrations added to the pack by 3/6/09 will be charged at the original pack rate.
Lunches are available Friday and Saturday for $10 each. Thursday lunch is included in the cost of Pre-Conference Seminars
Cancellations after 3/6/09 are not refundable. Substitutions are permitted.
